How do I add CrewOS to Slack?
Start at app.crewos.ai/signup, sign in with your work email, and approve the Slack install. You need permission to add apps to your Slack workspace. If you don't have it, your Slack admin can approve the request.
A teammate drafted something wrong. Was it sent?
No. Anything that leaves Slack waits on a held card until a person says ok. Press Edit to fix the draft, press Hold to deal with it later, or reply in the thread and tell the teammate what to change.
Where do I change the spending cap?
In the console. You can raise or lower it any time. If your crew paused at the cap, raising it lets teammates pick up again this month.
How do I remove CrewOS and delete our data?
Remove the CrewOS app from your Slack workspace. Your workspace's data is deleted within 30 days. To have it deleted sooner, email [email protected].
